All Diplomatic Conference accredited participants are responsible for arranging their own entry visas. This online form has been put in place by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to facilitate and expedite the visa application procedure. To proceed with the visa application, you will need to provide your WIPO Diplomatic Conference registration number (received in your registration email), your flight details, a passport size photo and copy of your passport. Please ensure these are available before you start filling in this form.
